Pp thermoforming operator

Set up and operate thermoforming machines to produce high-quality polypropylene PP products such as cans dishes and containers ensuring adherence to safety quality and production standards Key Responsibilities Set up and operate plastic thermoforming equipment according to production specifications Load plastic sheets into machine and monitor forming cycles Adjust machine settings including temperature pressure and cycle time Monitor quality of formed products and make adjustments as needed Perform mould changes and equipment adjustments for production line changes Inspect finished products for defects and quality compliance Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on thermoforming equipment Complete production and quality documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain clean working area and inventory of materials Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 years of experience in thermoforming plastic molding or related manufacturing Ability to read work instructions and production specifications Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials manually Preferred Qualifications Experience with PP polypropylene thermoforming Knowledge of mould setup and changeover procedures Familiarity with quality control processes Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in thermoforming, plastic molding, or related manufacturing Ability to read work instructions and production specifications Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials manually Preferred Qualifications Experience with PP (polypropylene) thermoforming Knowledge of mould setup and changeover procedures Familiarity with quality control processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
