Job Overview We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Hawalli. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and staff management. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Indian cuisine and has a proven track record of creating delicious and visually stunning dishes. Responsibilities Develop and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring high quality and consistency Manage inventory and ordering to maintain proper stock levels Train and supervise kitchen staff including scheduling and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Salary We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation transportation and annual leave. accommodation transportation annual leave Location Our restaurant is located in the bustling city of Hawalli in Kuwait.
