Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Hawalli Kuwait. As the Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department from creating new recipes to managing inventory and training staff Key Responsibilities Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our menu and brand Manage inventory and ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked Train and supervise pastry staff members including bakers and decorators Maintain high quality standards for all pastries and desserts served Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for special events or promotions Continuously research new techniques ingredients and trends in the pastry industry Requirements Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment Extensive knowledge of baking techniques decorating techniques and flavor profiles Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team Attention to detail with an eye for presentation and plating aesthetics Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Salary 1200$ Location Hawalli Kuwait candidates from Pakistan are preferred Language Requirements Fluency in English candidates who also speak Arabic will be given preference #J-18808-Ljbffr
