Construction manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager for our company located in Al Ahmadi Kuwait As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish This includes planning budgeting scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Responsibilities Develop project plans and schedules Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with contractors architects engineers and other stakeholders Review and approve project designs and plans Procure materials and equipment needed for construction Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct quality control inspections on workmanship Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Keep track of project expenses and report to upper management Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management Fluent in English Arabic proficiency is a plus Indian nationality preferred Salary The salary for this position is 1100$ per month Benefits This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and air ticket provided The job is suitable for men who are passionate about construction management Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
