Construction project manager

Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing various construction projects in Al Ahmadi The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills excellent project management abilities and experience in the construction industry Key Responsibilities Develop project plans schedules and budgets Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project progress and quality Monitor project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns Prepare and present project reports to upper management Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget Strong working knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ as well as opportunities for career growth within our company This is a full-time position without accommodation Indian candidates who are English speaking are preferred but not required Prior experience is not necessary as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
