The Sales Support Team Member is a vital part of our sales team, providing essential support by managing sales-related documentation and maintaining the sales CRM system with high accuracy. This individual will facilitate the efficiency of the sales process, working independently to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. English proficiency is a must, and experience in an IT environment will be considered an additional asset.
Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, and finalize nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and sales contracts to document all negotiations appropriately.
· Compile tailored sales proposals that align with client requirements and company offerings.
· Maintain and update the sales CRM system regularly, ensuring all client interactions, sales leads, and account changes are accurately recorded.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information for document preparation.
· Manage the documentation lifecycle autonomously, ensuring deadlines are met without the need for constant oversight.
· Aid in creating and refining sales presentations and materials, verifying their alignment with company branding and messaging standards.
· Provide administrative support by organizing meetings, conducting follow-ups with clients, and handling routine inquiries to support the sales team's objectives.
· Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and documentation by providing feedback and suggestions for best practices.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Support the coordination and preparation of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
· Assist with the tracking of sales targets and reporting on key performance indicators.
· Help manage and respond to tender requests and RFPs with accurate and timely submissions.
Required skills & experience Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
· Experience working within an IT or technology-focused environment is highly desirable.
· Proven track record in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
· Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Independent worker with a strong sense of initiative and a problem-solving attitude.
· Keen attention to detail with a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
