Senior Associate - Production Support Analyst

Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait

Provide 24h production support for Base24 and other payment systems.

Proactively monitor system performance & identify potential issues.

Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the critical payment systems.

Escalate issues to the second level of senior technical staff or vendors when necessary.

Conduct regular systems checks, maintenance. and housekeeping tasks

Execute failover switching to the Disaster Recovery (DR) site.

Document and track all support tickets, incidents, and resolutions.

Identify and propose system improvements and automation opportunities.

adherence to the production support documents and manual.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in production support or a similar technical role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and databases.

Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Familiarity with incident management and ITIL best practices.
