Senior Manager – Marketing Production
Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait
The job holder will leadآ Alshaya's production team to support the marketing programmes for more than 70 brands,آ accountable for the cost efficient and smooth delivery of high quality brand and corporate marketing collateral.
Specifically:
* Manage and provide overall direction in technical services, quality control segments of the Division's in house Printing operations
* Define core standards, policies, processes, and measures (SLAs) for marketing production
* Lead a team of over 30 print, production and graphics specialists and manage third party suppliers
* Interface with Brand teams and Creative Agencies to understand brands need and develop job specifications for custom items
* Identify opportunities and solutions for optimizing Alshaya marketing spend
* Educated to degree level
* A minimum of 8 years experience working in print production
* Deep knowledge of brand and marketing principals
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong expriernce working with third party print production suppliers, able to negotiate at scale and optimise Alshaya's marketing spend.
* Highly effective project management skills able to deliver timely and consistent production of high quality marketing collateral.
