Job Description

We are a busy bakery located in Hawalli seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our team. As a Junior Baker you will assist in the creation of delicious baked goods and ensure high-quality products for our customers. This is an entry-level position making it perfect for students or individuals without previous baking experience. We offer visa sponsorship for non-Kuwaiti nationals and are open to hiring Indian candidates. The salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, fillings and other ingredients according to recipes Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens and proofers Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection Decorate and package finished products for display or sale Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food products Requirements Indian nationality preferred Fluent in English both written and spoken Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and willingness to learn new techniques Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship Available to work weekends and holidays as needed We value creativity, teamwork and a passion for baking in our employees.
