Baker

Overview We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Hawalli. As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes and maintaining the quality of our baked goods. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to established recipes Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our standards Create new recipes based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions Maintain a clean and organized work area Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Train new bakers on baking techniques and safety procedures Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the bakery Requirements Previous experience as a Baker is required Knowledge of different types of flours, ingredients and baking techniques Ability to read and follow recipes accurately Creativity in developing new recipes that appeal to customers Strong time management skills to ensure products are ready on time Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, lifting heavy objects and working in a hot environment Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.
