Sales Manager for Food Industries

Responsibilities
Achieving growth in the business, setting new selling standards
Ensuring the sales team are over achieving their targets as individuals and a team;
Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management;
Building and maintaining long-lasting go-to client relationships, working with them to ensure all needs are met by the business;
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills
5+ years’ experience in same field
18 visa transferable
Working knowledge of various computer software programs
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
