Head Chef We are in search of an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a busy restaurant in Bayan. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food and extensive knowledge of various cuisines, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. Responsibilities Oversee all operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation Implement proper sanitation and food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations Collaborate with restaurant management to strategize ways to increase profitability through menu design, cost control, etc. Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve the menu offerings Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills with both staff members and customers Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Understanding of cost control measures and budget management Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Bayan (Indian nationals preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
