Job Description

Supervise and manage civil construction and site activities Read and interpret civil structural architectural and MEP drawings Prepare and review shop drawings BOQ quantity take-offs and material requirements Conduct site measurements setting-out leveling and inspections Monitor excavation foundations RCC masonry plastering flooring waterproofing and finishing works Supervise reinforcement steel formwork shuttering and concrete works Check reinforcement detailing bar bending schedules concrete grades and dimensions Monitor concrete pouring slump testing cube testing curing and quality requirements Coordinate with surveyors subcontractors consultants and other engineering teams Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings specifications and project schedules Inspect construction materials and ensure proper storage and usage Identify site issues and provide suitable technical solutions Prepare daily weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation Monitor project progress manpower materials and equipment Assist with estimation costing BOQ preparation and quantity calculations Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong practical site and construction experience. Good knowledge of civil construction methods and technical drawings. Ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Strong problem-solving and site-management skills. Good communication and reporting skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
