Entry-Level Construction Manager Our construction company in Bayan is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in the construction industry. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with our senior team members to learn the ins and outs of project management and gain hands-on experience in the field. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations at various job sites. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow within our company. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects Monitor progress at job sites and report any issues or delays to senior management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy Manage material orders and inventory levels at job sites Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the construction process Benefits We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes free visa sponsorship, round-trip ticket to your home country once a year, medical insurance coverage, and paid time off.
