Head Chef - Bayan, Kuwait We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our upscale restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served. This position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and create new menu items that showcase our restaurant's concept and cuisine Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure proper stock levels are maintained Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety standards, cooking techniques, and presentation Monitor food costs and budget to maintain profitability without compromising quality Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions that feature unique menus Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting Proven track record of creating innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, staff, and suppliers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Salary 1100$ per month (tax-free) If you are a talented chef looking for an exciting opportunity in an international setting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
