• To assist the Store Manager in planning the required measures in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
• To continually monitor, together with the Store Manager, the evolution of sales and customer service.
• To develop knowledge of the collection in order to increase its selling potential.
• To inform his/her managers and the Headquarters of anything that has a major impact on the management of the store and/or its sales.
• To keep good communication with the Headquarters.
• To carry out all the necessary administrative duties with regard to personnel, maintenance, cash desk, etc.
• To ensure correct procedures at the cash desk are followed
• To be familiar with the characteristics (catalogue, groups, etc.) that define the initial order of the store.
• To assist in the correct end of the season return of goods (Stock takings).
• The person uses the Development Interview to strengthen delegation and development.
• They train the members of the team so that they improve their Competencies and their results.
• They train and develop people intensively so that they learn the functions of other positions.
• They enrich the work of the members of the team and provide motivation by delegating functions in the store. They supervise delegation sufficiently.

• The person understands the importance of merchandising in selling. They also understand the fundamental concepts of merchandising (customer behaviour, areas, furniture, etc.) and the reasons behind the decisions that are made.
• The person ensures that the section is kept up to the merchandising Standard. They systematically restock the section, keeping it attractive for purchases. It is maintained without gaps and kept clean and with a good selection.

o Customers: the person fights to reach the marked sales targets and offers customer service of the highest quality at all times.
They monitor trade, checking the following indicators: sales analyses, sales per m2, average purchase value, average units per receipt, internal stock rotation, etc.
o People - Team: They anticipate and manage staffing needs with foresight (contracting) and according to peak times in the store. They organise the store planning following these parameters.
o Product: product control and management, inventories, etc.
o Merchandising: They are familiar with VM and involve themselves in it.
o Sales space (installations)
o Stockroom: They supervise the organisation of the Stockroom, its cleaning and maintenance, ensure that the order is up to date, etc.
