Pastry chef

We are in search of a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads. Your creativity and attention to detail will be showcased in our menu offerings as well as your ability to consistently deliver high‑quality and delicious treats. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Pastry Chef and be familiar with Indian pastry techniques and flavors. Responsibilities Prepare various types of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes Decorate pastries using different techniques such as piping, glazing, and sculpting Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards Monitor inventory of ingredients and place orders when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times Train and supervise junior pastry staff members Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role Knowledge of Indian pastry techniques and flavors is preferred Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Strong understanding of food safety practices Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent culinary degree is a plus Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
