Construction Project Manager We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Hawalli. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Responsibilities Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budget Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Review project plans and drawings for accuracy and feasibility Prepare progress reports for management Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East region Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Hawalli (visa sponsorship available) Preference: Indian nationals (but all nationalities are welcome to apply) #J-18808-Ljbffr
