About the Role. Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Job Location: Kuwait Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company Job Responsibilities Prepare and issue periodic maintenance and progress reports. Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance personnel. Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and resource records. Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of manpower, materials, failures, and maintenance activities. Track maintenance activities and report manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization. Support effective planning and execution of electrical maintenance activities. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas industry. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other equipment in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and work order management. Experience maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
