Indian Baker We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team at our bakery in Bayan. As an Indian Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of traditional Indian breads, pastries, and sweets. You must have a thorough understanding of traditional Indian baking techniques and be able to adapt to new recipes and flavors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods, as well as excellent time management skills to ensure all products are ready for sale each day! Responsibilities Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to traditional Indian recipes Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and sweets using different techniques such as tandoor oven or clay pots Decorate baked goods with traditional designs and toppings Ensure all products are baked and presented in a timely manner Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking Collaborate with other team members to create new recipes or improve existing ones Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times Requirements Proven experience as an Indian Baker or similar role In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and ingredients Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately Creativity in designing baked goods with traditional Indian flavors and designs Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready for sale on schedule Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Bayan (no English required) Accommodation: Not provided This job has no reviews yet.
