Sales Executive

A Sales Executive (Rental Heavy Equipment) is responsible for generating sales leads and meeting sales goals. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong drive to succeed. This is a full-time position based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Generate sales leads and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales process
Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of sales techniques and the sales process
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
