Head Baker We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team at our bakery in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, including creating and developing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair, along with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities Create and develop new recipes for baked goods Train and supervise other bakers and kitchen staff Oversee production process to ensure quality control Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with management to develop menu offerings Monitor sales trends and adjust production accordingly Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a professional baker Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards Ability to create unique recipes while also following traditional recipes accurately Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards in product consistency, taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction Other Details Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Nationality: Pakistani preferred Language Requirement: Fluency in English Accommodation: Not provided Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid biometric passport for employment in Al-Kuwait. #J-18808-Ljbffr
