Waiter/Waitress We are looking for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items Take accurate food and drink orders from customers Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately according to customers' requests Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions Process payments using cash or credit cards, ensuring accuracy in transactions Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times Assist with setting up dining tables for new guests as needed Requirements Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds Attention to detail in order taking and serving orders accurately Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting trays throughout shift Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Salary: 1800$ per month Contract Type: This is a full-time contract position.
