Role Overview Responsible for responding to technical inquiries from consultants, MEP contractors and end users for HVAC/R machines including Applied products (chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, packaged units). Optimized selection of units as per project specifications and constant support to all type customers from across Middle East on product enquiries to enhance company performance and share in market. Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the assigned ASM or TSM fully by ensuring his desired preparation of Quotations are done expeditiously and properly. Responsible for working with assigned people on CRFs on special jobs. Responsible for preparation of Submittals and quotations Responsible for review and preparation of Orders, and processing of orders (without any errors or modifications) as and when assigned. Responsible for preparation of Selections and Technical Data as and when required. Any other sales related activities might be assigned by Management. Requirements Mechanical Engineering Graduate, 2+ years of relevant experience in Air Conditioning field. Technical & application knowledge for the HVAC Applied products (chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, packaged units). Skills & Experience Experience in split and central A/C Control system.
