Job Purpose To advise customers on garment shaping and alterations in line with their preferences and specifications, while carrying out high-quality tailoring and repairs. The role ensures timely delivery of altered garments, delivering exceptional customer service , enhancing the company’s image, and encouraging continued patronage from key customers. Responsibilities Functional Roles & Responsibilities Customer Consultation & Service Advise customers on available alteration and tailoring options to suit their requirements, preferences, and tastes , enabling informed purchasing decisions. Deliver personalized customer service by understanding customer needs and providing expert tailoring advice. Tailoring & Alterations Perform garment alterations and repairs accurately in line with customer specifications. Ensure all items are completed to a high standard of quality and delivered within agreed timelines. Maintain consistency in workmanship to support a positive and premium shopping experience. Operational Excellence Handle garments with care to maintain brand and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tailoring workspace. Qualifications Job Requirements Education / Certification Diploma or Certificate in Tailoring Experience 2–3 years of experience within the retail industry , preferably in tailoring or garment alteration Languages Additional Requirements Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
