Loader supervisor

Loader Supervisor Profession: LoaderCity: Bayan, KuwaitCountry: Kuwait We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials onto trucks, trains, or ships. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of loaders, ensuring all tasks are completed according to safety guidelines and company policies Coordinate with other departments to determine loading schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials Inspect loading equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are carried out as needed Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages to management Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded for tracking purposes Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics or warehouse management is preferred Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects regularly Familiarity with loading equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Salary 900$ per month Job Details Join our team as a Loader Supervisor in Bayan, Kuwait!
