Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations: manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance. Maximize revenue opportunities: develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience. Maintain spa facilities: ensure spa areas and equipment are well‑maintained, clean, and in excellent working order. Enhance guest satisfaction: monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience. Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high‑performing team.
