Job Description:
This is a remote job ad for Philippine-based applicants. The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the Phlebotomy Department and maintaining quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel.
Ensure all Stats, timed draws, and daily scheduled assignments are completed in a timely manner.
Assign and ensure tasks are completed within established guidelines.
Communicate throughout the shift with field staff based on business needs.
Monitor and complete STAT tracker and adjust staffing as necessary.
Operate computer-based systems, phones, and other tools effectively.
Track and route Phlebotomists to client facility sites in a timely manner.
Evaluate incoming calls and order requests to determine priorities.
Monitor and make continuous efforts to improve operations and decrease turnaround times.
Manage STAT turnaround times, paperwork, and confirm results received.
Requirements:
1-year experience in dispatching.
Knowledge of Phlebotomy.
Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and effective communication skills.
Medical background, training, and/or experience.
Ability to read and use mapping tools.
Benefits:
Monthly Salary: Php 35,000.
Salary paid on the 15th and 30th/31st of each month.
Extra pay for overtime and Philippines public holidays.
Probation: 6 months with 10 days of annual leave credits after probation.
5 days of sick leave.
13th Month Pay after 30 days.
Laptop provided after 30 days.
Permanent work-from-home.
Night Shift: 10PM to 7AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
