Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores. They will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and promoted to increase sales. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting products in retail stores. Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement, pricing and promotional displays. Build relationships with store managers to negotiate prime product placement. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements or changes. Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques. Participate in trade shows or other events to showcase products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations based on findings. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Must have own visa sponsorship available. Benefits: This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1,300 per month.
