Being the first insurance company in the GCC, having 63 Years of experience in the insurance field Kuwait Insurance Company is looking forward to expanding its corporate sales team by hiring talented ambitious candidate with the aim of providing qualified personalized services to our prospected clientele in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities Identify and target high-value prospects, build a client base by reaching out to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Assess client needs to determine suitable insurance policy.
Customize insurance policies to suit individual clients’ needs, Educate clients on policy features.
Client service and support: Assist clients in processing insurance claims, policy renewals, and any necessary adjustments to their policy.
Regularly follow up with clients to maintain satisfaction and trust, ensuring long-term client loyalty.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Handle objections and resolve issues: to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality with all client information.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements Fresh graduated / (Experience in insurance, financial services are an advantage)
Ability to learn and gain experience.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive and motivated for continuous improvement and success.
