Functional consultant

We are looking for someone investigative, empathetic and with strong communication skills who understands small to mid-sized businesses and the functions within them. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service for companies using our products and services. It involves collaboration with other client-facing roles, being part of a growing team, and contributing to Simplit's success. Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert on all features and functions within the provided software applications. Provide expertise to clients seeking to use our applications effectively. Document clients\' needs, problems, interventions and interactions; escalate technical issues to the development team. Boost customer satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that tracks progress against teammates. Territory: MENA or APAC. Learn about an increasingly important technology and become an product expert; internal certification available. Respond quickly to tickets with quality responses to help clients reach business success. Handle tickets across different time zones. Must Have Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience aligned with business and/or software. Affinity with software that handles business functions (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other platforms provided by our suite). Ability to learn quickly. Nice to Have Arabic language skills.
