Marketing Director

Our client, a growing Holding group across the Middle East and EMEA markets, are looking for a talented Marketing Director to lead all aspects of Marketing both offline and Online for customer acquisition and development within their F&B Division.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer traffic to the restaurant brands.
Lead the creation and management of diverse marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
Oversee the management of the restaurant's social media presence, actively engaging with followers to cultivate brand loyalty.
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to conceptualize and launch new menu offerings and promotional initiatives.
Stay abreast of market trends and consumer behaviors, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with PR agencies to secure positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
Strategize and execute events and promotions geared toward attracting new patrons and retaining existing clientele.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are conducted in a cost-efficient manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in marketing, preferably within the F&B industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing methodologies and adeptness with various social media platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated creativity and adept problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong project management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
