Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for creating and managing engaging content and product photography for e-commerce platforms, coordinating online marketing campaigns with brand managers, developing, and tracking the marketing calendar, and maintaining detailed reports of all e-commerce marketing activities and data.
Implement the Division’s policies and procedures and comply with Mohamed Naser Al–Hajery & Son’s other policies.
Take high-quality photographs of MNH products and create accurate descriptions and promotional content for various e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with brand managers to ensure the effective planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Maintain a detailed Excel product master file to track all marketing activities, product listings, and relevant data across e-commerce platforms.
Develop and manage marketing calendars for each e-commerce platform and customer, scheduling promotional activities, product launches, and special events.
Monitor the execution of the marketing calendar on each platform, ensuring that all activities are implemented as planned.
Align marketing activities with the allocated budget, optimizing campaign execution.
Prepare weekly reports on the progress of the marketing plan, analyzing campaign performance and key metrics.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and consumer insights, leveraging this information to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Skills
Good in excel.
Knows how to make a marketing calendar.
Follows up on implantations,request banners and marketing assets..
Know how to manage budgets assigned.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
