Job Summary
The main role of the Technician is to perform jobs given on a weekly basis by the direct supervisor, carry out maintenance contracts, and attend some warranty-related jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Receives weekly job schedules from concerned Supervisor and executes accordingly in a timely manner
Executes and completes the job as per the budgeted man-hour
Responsible for generating and delivering time sheets, job cards, and EH&S site surveys
Collects outstanding payments as per the target
Meets assigned SOIP target (revenue, utilization, GM, call back rate, EH&S, and MFA)
Executes assigned warranty and maintenance jobs
Assists Senior Technicians on startup jobs as required
Reports escalated problems and spare parts requirements to Supervisor for necessary arrangements; installs spare parts when attained
Attends weekly and monthly department Operation meetings well prepared
Attends EH&S trainings
Qualifications
High School Degree required (Technical Diploma is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English
Communication skills
Customer focus orientated
Analytical thinking skills
