Undertake business process reviews and make recommendations to customers
To resolve customer issues on time
Liaise with Project Managers/Development team lead on the specific requirements of the customer and to provide feedback on the outcomes of the consultancy/training
Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes.
Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation.
Skills
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in project delivery and implementation, preferably ERP solutions
Well experienced in working on design, configuration, training and support of ERP Projects
Knowledge of standard business processes.
Knowledge of F&B industry will an advantage
Hands-on experience in BI tools preferably Microsoft PowerBI.
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Exceptional customer service orientation
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Must have exposure to a proven implantation methodology
