Handyman

A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Bayan Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be able to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ suitable for Indian nationals. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. Inspect buildings and identify any issues or potential problems. Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code. Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role. Strong knowledge of general repair techniques including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work etc. Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency preferred). Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Benefits Competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
