Job Description:

As a Visa & Leisure Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with visa application processes and providing expert guidance on leisure travel experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients obtain the necessary visas for their travel destinations and creating memorable leisure travel itineraries tailored to their preferences. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service, simplify visa procedures, and create unforgettable travel memories for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist clients with visa requirements and application processes.

Liaise with embassies for smooth submissions.

Keep clients updated on visa regulations.

Consult with clients for customized leisure itineraries.

Provide expert advice on destinations and experiences.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships through personalized service.

Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.

Monitor and update clients on visa application progress.

Expedite processing when necessary.

5. Travel Documentation:

Assist clients in gathering necessary travel documents.

Educate clients on travel requirements.

6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Help clients plan travel budgets with cost-effective options.

Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Visa & Leisure Travel Consultant or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of visa application processes and requirements for various countries.

Strong understanding of leisure travel destinations, attractions, and travel booking systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in relevant travel and visa application software/tools.

Multilingual skills may be an advantage.

Client-focused approach with a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.
