Key Responsibilities Set up machines according to production specifications. Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent technical training is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating specific types of machinery or with advanced technical knowledge.
