Job Description _Define optimal replenishment frequency by shop

Staff planning in order to cover special needs on delivery days and strong sales days

_Coordinate all inventory control processes through regular updates from subordinates and reviews of inventory reports

_Communicate inventory status and activities to Area Retail Manager and Shop Manager

_Initiate reorder procedures, as well as elimination of stock

_Monitor the correct receiving of goods and inform logistic assistants in case of discrepancies

_Make sure that every item moved to the shops can be scanned at tills

_Monitor transfer order process

_Control expiring date and ensure efficient stock rotation

_Organize and maintain warehouse in a efficient and proper way

_Communicate with local custom authorities

_Organize and plan physical inventories

_Make sure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner

_Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention
