About the Role. Job Title: Analyzer Engineer Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead technicians responsible for the maintenance of online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and laboratory instrumentation. Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities. Review work orders, maintenance schedules, and spare parts requirements using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Perform and supervise analyzer calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, calibration gases, and consumables for maintenance operations. Maintain equipment history, calibration records, and maintenance documentation. Conduct final inspection, testing, and operational adjustments following maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and maintenance best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience maintaining and calibrating online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and laboratory instrumentation, including at least 4 years in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or similar process industry. Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong knowledge of analyzer calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance. Experience maintaining calibration records, equipment history, and technical documentation. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
