Job Responsibilities:
Inspects electrical systems on the equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments and repair.
Troubleshoots and analyzes different faults or alarms of machines, copies all parameters of all types of inverter drives.
Performs all electrical and mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities during unit shutdown, ensuring completion in minimum time with minimum cost.
Performs download and upload back-up programs from PLC to PG or USB stick.
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment.
Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance costs.
Plans, supervises, delegates, and executes daily tasks, preventive maintenance, and breakdown activities related to production lines in coordination with electricians and mechanical technicians.
